Since Edmond de Rothschild (Israel) Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter: "the Company” and/or the “Edmond de Rothschild Israel Group”) respect the privacy of the users of the website it manages and operates (hereinafter: "the Website”), the Company has decided to publish its policy regarding the protection of privacy on the Website and undertakes towards the user to comply with this policy. Data Protection Officer

The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) whose role, among other things, is to coordinate and handle requests related to this policy, including: a request to review information about you stored in the Company’s systems, a request to correct or delete such information (all as detailed below in the “Right to Review Information” section), as well as any other matter related to privacy protection. Direct Electronic Marketing

The Edmond de Rothschild Israel Group wishes to send you, from time to time, by email, information regarding its services, as well as marketing and promotional information. The Company will not transfer your personal details to advertisers. However, it may provide statistical information about users’ activity on the Website.

A person who has reviewed information about him and found that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up to date may contact the owner of the database and request that the information be corrected or deleted. In addition, if the information in the Company’s databases is used for the purpose of personally contacting you, you are entitled, under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981, to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database.

General

If material changes are made to this policy in provisions relating to the use of personal information that you have provided, a notice regarding such changes will be published on the home page of the Website. If you are not satisfied with the Website and/or any part of it, or with this policy, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Website.
