  3. Schedule for the process of responding to public inquiries
    3.1 The fund manager will send a confirmation of receipt to the person making the inquiry within 7 days of receiving the inquiry.
    3.2 The fund manager will send a written response to the person making the inquiry within 21 business days of receiving the inquiry.
    3.3 Notwithstanding the provisions of section 3.2, the fund manager is entitled to extend the response period for up to 14 additional business days for special reasons. In such a case, the manager will notify the person making the inquiry by letter, indicating the delay in providing a response and the new date upon which a response will be provided.

  5. Details regarding the information and documents required when making an inquiry for the purposes of clarification:
    5.1 Name of the fund.
    5.2 Date of purchase/sale.
    5.3 Name of the bank or stock exchange member through which the transaction relevant to the inquiry was performed.
    5.4 Contact information, for the purpose of issuing a response.
    5.5 In the event of a complaint, a document must be presented from the bank or stock exchange member indicating that the fund manager held the relevant units during the relevant period.
